Considering selling your home to Opendoor or similar service? I HOPE NOT!!! PLEASE READ THIS FIRST!!!
Are you an uninformed home seller giving away your home to Opendoor, Offerpad, Up Nest, Zhomes etc???? I certainly hope not, because you are most likely giving them THOUSANDS of your hard earned dollars.
Please see the updated blog post about these alternative listing services HERE
BEFORE YOU SELL WITH ANY COMPANY ASK THEM "HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I WALK AWAY WITH?" AND THEN COMPARE THAT TO A TRADITIONAL REALTOR SALE.
I confronted them on a public post of Opendoor on Facebook, you can see for yourself how it went below
(after my question about them charging 19% they stopped responding):
HERE IS THE ORIGINAL POST
DON'T SHOOT THE MESSENGER BUT IT GETS EVEN WORSE!!!!
The largest home builder in the country Lennar just invested $110,000,000.00 into Opendoor!!! That's right so now when you walk into a Lennar home site and are touring the models the sales agent there (who works for Lennar and not you the new home buyer) will tell you how awesome Opendoor is and how you should go sell your home to Opendoor because of how hassle free it is. Here in Vegas we have a shortage of homes for sale and about 15 buyers for every listing. They usually sell within days, so how much hassle could it possibly be to sell your home?
Stop giving away your hard earned money and equity to these greedy companies and call us today for a FREE and ACCURATE valuation of your home as well as a FREE estimate of what you will walk away with. If you see the bottomline and still choose to sell with Opendoor or a similar service then atleast you will be making an educated decision! Please share this with your friends and family before they get taken advantage of.
