Remember that article I wrote about Fannie Mae, "From what I have experienced and what I have been reading they would rather stick to the high price and foreclose on the property. The relisted it as a homepath (with Fannie financing) and NOT require an appraisal." Looks like they are making major profits doing it. In case you missed the article I wrote about Fannie Mae you can read it here: http://lvrealestatehelp.weebly.com/1/post/2013/01/force-fannie-mae-to-behave-responsibly-or-shut-them-down.html
Then afterwards read the article link below telling everyone how much money they are making:
If you have no credit a good way to start is opena credit line such as a car payment or credit card. If you can not get approved for either you can go to the bank you bank with or a credit union (I recommend credit unions over commercial banks) and ask them for a "secured credit card". This will require you to put the money say $500 for example into an account. The bank/credit union will put a freeze on the $500 and issue you a credit card with a "secured" $500 limit. After you make your payments on time for about 6 months you can reapply for an "unsecured" credit card. At that time they will release the freeze on your $500 and then it will work like a traditional credit card and it will help you build your credit. Make sure you only charge what you can afford and pay it off each month.

***RED ALERT FOR NEVADA HOME
BUYERS AND REALTORs***: Thousands of short sales in escrow will be cancelled. Having trouble buying a home? Middle Income buyers who can finally afford homes again are going to be completely priced out of the Las Vegas Market for good, and I implore you to take a moment to let the Nevada Legislature know that you DO NOT SUPPORT STATE BILL 321.
